Lact-Aid 45-Day Returns - Refund Policy:

We completely understand if you end up not needing the Lact-Aid system. That usually means everything went well on your breastfeeding journey! We do accept returns, however, only unopened Lact-Aid Systems and supplies are returnable for a refund. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Lact-Aid will only refund orders for products purchased directly from Lact-Aid International. It does not apply to items you purchased or received from other sources. 

• Complete LA Systems and quantity packs of LA Nursing Bags are packed inside tamper-evident bags or clear plastic boxes. If the bags or box is opened, the items inside are not eligible for return.

• If the Safety Seal on the clear plastic box is broken, cut or peeled off the product is non-returnable.

• Returns are accepted for unopened items only. This refers to the protective packaging on the product item. It does not refer to the shipping box

Shipping fees and unearned discounts are not refundable. Customer pays shipping to return items. COD returns will be refused.
