We can ship orders to you anywhere in the world! Rates vary so widely, we are not able to provide a detailed chart for you to estimate your shipping/handling costs. However, we do show some examples below of costs for several countries to give you a general idea. Before you actually place an order, we recommend that you contact us for an estimate to your country. Review the helpful information provided below, and use our convenient form to request an estimate of shipping costs.
To help us prepare your estimate, please print out and complete the International Shipping Estimate Request/Order Form. We will use the information to calculate the estimated shipping/handling costs we would charge in addition to the product cost. We will then give you the information and wait for your order. After receiving your order, we will prepare an invoice, pack and weigh the package, calculate final costs, prepare export documentation, and ship your order. If you provide us your email address, we send you a Confirmation with your parcel Tracking Number.
Please note that there may be Import Duty, Tariff and Taxes charged at the destination country. We have no control over these and receive none of the fees collected. Such fees are entirely separate from product costs and our shipping/handling fee charged to you at the time you place your order.
We strongly recommend paying for International Orders by credit card. This expedites service, eliminates the need for adjusting orders if insufficient payment is received, and simplifies differences in currency exchange rates. If no credit card is used, you must send payment with your order. Payment must be in US funds via International Money Order, or a check drawn on a USA bank. Please contact us prior to ordering so we can determine the total product costs and ship/handling fees for you. Payments received that are insufficient will result in an order being adjusted (less quantity being sent). We ship International Express Airmail. International Express Airmail parcels are bar-coded for continuous tracking from here to your destination. Lost parcels are extremely rare. Note that there are some destinations to which we may not be able to ship. We will notify you if this is the case. Lact-Aid is not responsible for replacing lost shipments. If a package is lost, and the postal services issues Lact-Aid a refund, then we will issue the customer a reimbursement.

Sometimes we receive an emailed or faxed order, to be charged to a credit card, but insufficient information is provided. In this case, we will make an effort to contact the customer.
