International Shipping

***Important Update (Feb 25, 2025): We have contracted with United Parcel Service (UPS) to ship to our International customers. Please be patient with us as we navigate their system, but we will get your orders out to you as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

For our International Customers we ship outside of the United States via UPS International. Delivery is usually within a week, but this does not include any delay going through Customs. Lact-Aid is not responsible for VAT, duties or any other taxes or fees collected on the shipment from the destination country.

Remember you will get an $15.00 Shipping Discount on Orders Over $150.00.

YOU MUST USE PROMO CODE 'shipping150' TO RECEIVE YOUR SHIPPING DISCOUNT. When you are checking out, look for a link in the Order Summary window labeled "Coupon/Gift Certificate". When you click on the link, it should open a small window where you can insert the coupon code: shipping150

We do suggest that you purchase a minimum of a Deluxe Nursing Trainer and at least a 4 pack of Bags because of the time and cost it takes to ship international; you do not want to interrupt nursing waiting for bags or parts. Remember that a Deluxe has two Nursing Trainers so if you lose or break a part you would not interrupt nursing while you waited for replacement parts.
